Since Microsoft recommend a transition to RTM, we are trying to set up a plan for this transition and thereby avoid using Outbound Marketing altogether.
We're facing a challenge in working with subscription lists or marketing lists.
It appears that this functionality is not even included in the entity navigation.
How do we go about establishing subscription management and opt-in/opt-out processes without the availability of marketing lists?
If there is support for this in Real Time Marketing, how can we access it, and what are the best practices recommended by Microsoft in this new system or framework that they have in place now?
