what is the difference between validate voucher and validate voucher only in validate tab?

The validate button validates all vouchers in the Journal. The "validate voucher only" validates only the voucher which you have selected. It helps when there are multiple vouchers on the journal and you want to validate one voucher at a time.

validate Voucher validates all the journal lines for journal while validate voucher only validates current selected voucher .

BTW , your thread title is not appropriate , please use thread title specific to your issue

The first option validates all vouchers included in your journal.

The second one validates the voucher you have selected only.

Please make your titles descriptive to enable users to understand the basics, just titleling it "Difference" is not a good approach. I have changed the title for you.

The voucher is validate for me. Voucher return "is validate". I change redmine ticket to assign to Joseph.
