Someone could tell if the FRD document uses for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is the same that use Dynamics AX?

I am trying to compare both ERP because I have company branch that want to use Dynamics AX but we are using Dynamics 365 Business Central and want to extend the use of this software in the company. 

All information and elements to compare and take the right decision will be useful to me.
