Quick Create Functionality- not working for all users

HI All, 

After searching forums for a fix and not finding oneI decided to post for some feedback.   We have enabled the Quick Create form for our users to be able to add multiple products to an Invoice.   However, when some users select the "+", the Quick Create form does not appear.    I have checked user roles/permissions and form settings and everything required is in place.

Any insight or suggestions are most appreciated!

    Hi @MelSTICWP,

    You might wanna try clearing the browser cache for the users having problems. It fixed it for us in the past.

    Hello,

    1. Try reassigning licenses and security roles again to check if that resolves the issue.

    2. Check if the form has been enabled from the Sitemap of the app module.

    3. Try clearing browser cache

    did you ever solve this issue?

    We are having similar issues.

    Some users can see the Quick Create form, others cannot.

    I have checked all the user roles/permissions quick create settings etc and can't see anything wrong.

    I managed to solve my issue. We have 2 D365 Apps.

    The users that could not see the Quick Create form were using the App which did not contain the relevant Quick Create form and Entity.

    Once I added these and republished the App the users could see the Quick Create form.
