I would like to know how to best handle tracking consent in Customer Insights Journeys. I think it should be like this but do not know how to solve it. Insights would be most appreciated.
In Norway we need to be GDPR compliant, so I need contacts to opt-in to tracking consent. This we can do with cookies on our website. How can I make sure that acceptance/ no acceptance of all cookies or a specific cookie opts a contact in or out?
And is it best practice to have tracking consent as a part of the preference center?
