Error occurs while closing the ax application

Dear all,

while closing the ax application, i have faced the below error.

let me know how to solve the issue.

    I agree, you should check the client and AOS versions.

    I suggest check the client kernel and the version of the AOS service version are the same

    it is good practice in any case to be on the latest kernel.

    I suggest with the Ax client closed to also delete the auc and kti files in your users local appdata folder.

    Please change your post Tags to AX 2012, since current version (which is AX7) has no AX client.

    You should try to capture a crash dump, then upload it to Microsoft LifeCycle Services, which has a crash dump check tool.

    You could also try to delete the *,AUC files in your Windows User profile folder. Also check your AX customizations to see what is in the Info and Application classes, which could be related.
