We are are trying to setup access from the Purchase Order Window to select "Assign Reports" from the Available Reports button on the menu.  Some lower security access users get the "You Don't Have Security Privileges .....".   What is the name of the Security Task to add access for these people?

    Hi,

I know this is an old thread from 2018 that was never answered.. but it happened that I stumbled across that same exact problem on a customer's site.. They had some SSRS reports customized for their Manufacturing module and wanted the reports to be available for some users in the additional reports icon

As it turns out, there is no function or option in GP for a System Admin to assign additional SSRS reports to users directly. Every user has to do that task themself to get them saved (so to speak) as preferred reports in that list.

The data in itself for those reports gets stored into the CO07260 table in the company DB.

I managed to capture a DEXSQL trace when doing this operation.. Though I added only one new report, GP clearly cleans the table first for all previous entries, before adding them all back with the new report added.

Sadly, if a System Admin wants to add those SSRS reports to other users, you'll need to write your own INSERT scripts for the CO07260 table.. or use the stored procs above to do it (which might be simpler, but you need to be careful about the Index # of the entry to not cause a duplicate error)

    Hope that helps.

PS: someone had written a blog post about that topic : Assigning SSRS Reports to GP Windows for Self Service Users (dynamics.com)
