Restrict Visibility of Word Document Templates

Hi Friends,

Is there a way to restrict the visibility of Word Document Templates to a specific Business Unit, Team, or Users? For example, in the attached screen shot, under the /Word Templates/ button and drop down menu, I can see all Word Document Templates. I don't need or want users to see all the available templates. Rather, they only need to see their own templates or templates that their team or business unit uses. Is creating a security role the only way to do this?

Yes.

You need give associate privileges on the security roles, and assign roles to each users.
