What is scheduled, usage, contract and invoiced for costs and price in the Nav jobs module?

I am trying to understand the jobs module and looking for definitions of the scheduled cost v contract cost v invoiced cost. I understand the usage cost is the actual utilisation. Similarly, I am confused with the scheduled price v budget price v invoiced price.

I thought there needs to be only a budget and an actual.

Please help.
