Excel Export error in USMF

Dear All,
 
I am practicing Dynamics 365 in the sandbox environment with the USMF entity. When I try to convert my confirmed purchase order printout to Excel, it fails to convert and displays an error.
 
A similar issue occurs when I attempt to download the 'Download Document Routing Agent Installer.'
 
Could this issue be related to the USMF entity, or is there a specific feature or parameter I need to enable for this functionality to work

    What type of deployment is used for your sandbox? Is this a cloud hosted environment, a local VM, or something different?
