Interview assessment form in Talent

Is there any possibility to configure the system where the interviewers give feedback in the present format ? if yes, then pl advise how it can be done

    Hi NK363,

    Create a new template and add the activity 'feedback' after the interview. Apply this template when create the new job.

    Then there will be a 'provide feedback' action in 'interview' activity for this applicant. Please check it.

    Elaborating the question - Customer uses a pre printed  interview feedback form which has rating on various parameters. How to capture that

    You may consider taking an offline scoring assessment, scanning the interview form and results into PDF, and then adding the link to this feedback.

    Although the below resource is for MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, you can get an idea to employ it in Talent.

    Use the new Feedback entity to programmatically create and manage feedback for entity records.

    The Feedback entity stores the following information :

    • Feedback title

    • Feedback comments

    • Feedback rating. You can also define a range for ratings by specifying a minimum and maximum (numerical) value for ratings. For example, a rating of 4 on the scale of 1-5.

    • Normalized rating for feedback that is automatically calculated to show the specified user rating scaled to a value between 0 and 1 based on the minimum and maximum rating values.
