Can't create/edit workflows

Hi,

Something wrong with my D365 for operations. I with to add / edit workflows. So i go to AP / Setup / Account payables workflow and just click new and see the list of available flows:

So i don't see button "Create" as said in instruction here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/operations/organization-administration/create-workflow.

If i click on blue name of workflow i just download files like Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Framework.Workflow.WorkflowEditorHost.application

Same happens when i click on workflow ID in list of already created workflows.

What i need to do to create/edit workflows?

The documentation page seems to be wrong. Instead of clicking a Create workflow button, click the link in Workflow type field.

Clicking the link should install (Click Once) and start an external application called Dynamics AX Workflow Editor. That it doesn't work for you is the key problem you should focus on. Which browser are you using? Try Internet Explorer.

Unfortunately the workflow editor is supported only on Windows (you can find it mentioned in System requirements).

Thanks, i opened Workflow designer on Win machine.

I activated workflow.

Now, what i should do to start it working? Actually i wish to confirm purchases with condition on total, i created new one but seem WF not running.
