Hi all
Appreciate if anyone would tell me the process for sending an email while creating a PR for approval or PO approval. As per my understanding , we can configure either through print management or through approval workflow where we can add email template and edit the required subject.. Is there any other way to change the Email format template or existing email.

Is there any field in the placeholder to address it to the Approver Name. Currently , it is written as

Is there any field showing the Line Manager approver name from the placeholder?
as assignment is based on managerial hierarchy where employee line manager level is set as 1.
So I need add as below
Dear LineManager NAme( as placeholder)
