Hello,
I have created a form in the marketing app, and I have embedded it in our CMS. That form has a dropdown list for example like below:
If I add another item from the list in Dynamics for example BMW, it's not showing in the form automatically. I tried to stop the form and re-publish it, but that didn't work at all. What worked is if I completely remove the form car fields and re-add it.
Is this really Dynamics functionality or bug? I'm not sure that clearing the cache will do the trick either.
Can someone please explain why? Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, as we have more than 20 form in different languages that need to be updated and re-published.
Thanks for your help,
Thank you very much Nya!
Hi,
It is true that you need to remove the form field from the form and re-add it in order to make the new option appear in the website. Although the form has been stopped and go live again, it will not reload the options, since the new option is added to the field in the entity but which in the form is the form field mapped to the field before the addition. The removal and re-addition of the form field can reload the mapping data.
