Hello guys,

 

Pretty new in DevOps, would like to know if I have this "part of" code in YAML that used in my Build Pipeline ->

whereby if I click the settings which shows me the setting just like in the classic editor :

What is exactly this step do ? Kindly help me to understand clearer for this DevOps thing since I'm very new to this.
