Hi all, I have an issue where I have 2 lookup fields, one in Cases, one in Time Entries. I populate the project name in Cases and then via a subgrid I want to add a new time entry. There it should automatically prefill the project name from Cases.
I have this working on the Sandbox environment without any issue, however when adding the exact same setup in production it doesn't work. Other fields I have mapped (internal/external comments for example) are showing up nicely, but Project and Project Task are not.
I have double checked each and every setting, configuration and what not, but I just cannot find the reason why this happening. I might be missing something, but not sure what. Any help would be very much appreciated
