Hi!
After PU40 "Add to workspace button" is disabled for forms where any filters are used.
For older updates such as PU37 & PU38 I can still add filtered forms to workspaces.
Is there any workaround/solution for this?
Please see screenshot attached for "All loads" form.

If you save the view, the "Add to workspace" button will be enabled. From your screenshot, the view is not saved.
Indeed, Gunjan, that is the reason.
Found out that the cause of problem in general is "Saved views" feature enabled. Once I disable and delete personalized views, I am able to add filtered forms to the workspaces.
To sum up, there are 2 options to solve the issue:
1) save each filtered form as a new view
2) disable "Saved views" feature
I assumed you were using the "Saved views" feature and hence had enabled it.
