Dynamics 365 CRM with Kerberos authentication --conflict

Hi there,

I am configuring the Dynamics 365 CRM V8.2 with Kerberos authentication. In this article,

it says the Anonymous Authentication should be disabled and windows Authentication should be enabled like below:

But whenever I disabled the Anonymous Authentication. In Dynamics CRM, I got the error from Sales > Dashboard I got error as below:

I wonder if any body can help me to fix it?

By the way I am System Administrator role in CRM and we use https to configured.

    I did not think you needed to disable Anonymous Authentication.  What happens if you leave it enabled?  Also, in Windows Auth Advanced Settings, does it show that Kernal-mode Auth is enabled?

    If  Anonymous Authentication is enabled, the IIS will use Anonymous Authentication first instead of Kerberos authentication. We need to configure Kerberos authentication.
