    Hi Sharlene,

Do you have this issue with a specific bank statement file or you get this error message for each MT940 that you want to import?

Do you use standard function for import of bank statement? or via integration/custom import?

Please check if you use newest config of Microsoft for MT940 (1.3.10) or you can try with ABR MT940 format (3.13) to test if you get same result.

Error message can either related to a error in config (e.g. mapping) or in the file formulation.

    Hi Alireza Eshaghzadeh

They are using the standard process using MT940 statement format.

How to fix the error in importing the statement?

    Thank you.

    Hi Sharlene,

Do you use standard method for import of bank statement (e.g. Camt053)? If yes, please elaborate which configuration do you use.

If you use customization for this import, you can try to repro the issue in one environment that developer can debugge the issue.
