Max Concurrent Sessions in AX2012

Hello Experts,

Here is my situation:

I have an external program which triggers AX batch jobs, and get the batch job and tasks status.

I have a batch group with around 2200 tasks within, each time I trigger a job from external program, my program would get disconnected from AX. But in AX, all the tasks within the batch continue to run and can be completed. Because the connection is lost after job triggers, the batch job status cannot be returned to my external program.

One strange thing is, if I lower my number of tasks to under 2000,, everything is fine. My external program have no connection issue with AX2012. As far as i know, i can have unlimited number of tasks within a batch group. I setup one with 2500 tasks, and can be completed alone in AX2012.

I did some search on the system settings, and found out that Max Concurrent Sessions is 2000(the max. that AX2012 allowed). Do you think it is the cause?

Thank you so much.

Charlie
