Hi everyone, first sorry for my english...i'm french canadian and I didn't found answer to my question on french forum...
I would like to know if I can create quote in purchase manager.
I have several items that I need to ask price before ordered. Is it possible to send a quote via email to every vendor into an item ?
When I received my price from my vendors, I would like to write it somewhere and choose the lowest by default.

There is no ability in GP to create Request for Quote. However, you can record item costs by Vendor in the Item Vendor Maintenance window (Inventory>>Cards>>Vendors). In this window, you can also assign a Vendor Item Number and description, as well as other vendor-specific info to your items.
You can enter an unlimited number of vendors for each item.
If you use Purchase Order Generator to generate POs, you can default the vendor selected to use 'Vendor with Lowest Cost'. You can read more about PO Generator in the Help files if you are not currently using it.
