D365 Unified Interface - Campaign Response 'Received From' field not saving

Hi,

Campaign Response 'Received From' fields Company name, first name, last name, phone number and email field values are not saving on Create of Campaign Response record in Unified Interface.

Prospect customer (not the existing customer record) data we enter on Create of record disappears after save.

Issue is in Unified interface client only, WEB client working as expected. Does anyone come across this issue? Please advise if anyone found solution.

thanks

RE: D365 Unified Interface - Campaign Response 'Received From' field not saving

    Morning @Dynamics 365,

    What application are you using?

    D365 Marketing?

D365 Marketing is only available in the unified interface, so this might be the wrong place for this question.

    Thanks,

    -DD
