Error while connecting TFS to AX

Hi,

I have created a project in TFS and mapped it to the local folder and then while doing the parameter setup in AX for TFS ,when i selected this local folder to map to TFS,i was getting the below error :

The working folder xxx is already in use by the workspace systemname;

We have to map the TFS and the AX with this local folder ,rite?

Anybody encountered this error,any solution for this?

    That happens because you try to use a private workspace by another user. You have three options:

    1. Use a separate machine for each developer (with his own private workspace). That's the only option recommended by Microsoft.
    2. Use a public workspace (don't miss relevant parts of AX 2012 White Paper: Developing Solutions in a Shared AOS Development Environment to understand the drawbacks).
    3. Modify AX to use several (private) workspaces and redirect them all to a common folder, as described here. I can give you some code for it, if you choose this option.
