
Hello Customer Service Experts,
Has anybody ever been able to set the default queue view to Active Queues in an Assign to Queue dialog?
I could not find a way to customize it as the lookup field is in a dialog.
This lookup field is not even available in any form in Queue entity.
Please help.

there is an article about that:

You need to remove the default queue from the corresponding user. Then the user queue is treated as business queue.
