Recommendation: When filling support tickets, please make sure to add following information from error screen to the ticket for getting quicker resolution:
1) Timestamp
2) Service Request Id
3) Error code (if available)
Also note: Providing the information as text in addition to attaching the image to the support case can help with easier log search during support ticket creation and more accurate solutions.
