Stopped Workflow notifications not appearing in Action Center

For all sorts of reasons, I need the Stopped workflow notifications to appear in my AP users' Action Center, not be sent via email.

Does anyone know how to do this? They do have Send notifications to Action Center set to Yes in their User Options. But they aren't seeing the notifications, only I am as System Admin.

Hi,

Are you saying the stooped workflow notification is sent to your action Centre bring a syd admin?

Cam you share the screen shot ?

Also, I don't think the stooped notification is possible in action Centre, I think either alert rules or email notification from workflow is the alternative workaround.

As System Admin I am getting an alert in the Action Center. I want to be able to choose what other users can see/get the stopped workflow alerts/notifications in their Action center.

I already went to the link Kevin provided. It does not contain information on how do configure users so they get the messages they need to see.

Their role is Accounts payable manager

Hi Tracy,

Do the other notifications (other than stopped) appear on the action center? If no it seems some missing roles/privileges you should add on order to see it .

I have another update. The AP users are getting Stopped Workflow notifications in their action center for some workflows but not for Vendor invoice, type VendProcessInvoice and VendProcessInvoiceLine. I don't think it a permission problem, but I suppose I could be wrong.

Any other ideas?

Was this issue ever resolved? I'm having the same issue! Action center notifications are appearing for assignments of a work item to an approver, but notifications to the originator do NOT appear.
