D365 consists of many applications, such as Finance and Operations, Sales or Business Central. You asked in the general forum, but it seems you have a particular product in mind, not D365 in general. I believe the HSO Service Management is for D365 Supply Chain Management, therefore I moved your thread to Supply Chain Management forum. Please let me know if you disagree.
