RE: Trial Balance on Home Page - Error: "The Trial Balance chart is not setup correctly. There are more rows in the account schedules than expected."
Hi Jhardy,
Go to the search icon, search for "Account Schedules" (if you don't see it, make sure your User Experience is set to Suite; you can do that by searching for "Company Information", and scrolling all the way to the bottom of that page until you see User Experience").
The Account Schedule you're looking for is "I_MINTRIAL".
(EDIT: Added subsequently: You very likely changed it by adding a row or changing something about it. Bringing it back to the way it was originally will resolve the issue. I have been able to recreate your issue, and then fix it.)
