System Administration --> Business Intelligence --> Reporting Services --> Report Servers.

you can get Report Manager URL

Windows + r --> Copy paste that link

    URL will open.

Dynamics AX - Folder will be there.

Search For report and Click on Arrow You will get Security.

Its a suggestion Try and Check Once

Your request is a bit unclear, there is no such thing as "admin access" to an SSRS report.

By a default setup the Active Directory group "Domain users" should be granted proper rights on the SSRS report manager URL's Security access rights in order to be able to execute any AX reports, given they have security access to the underlying data and menu item.

So there are two scenarios that we are talking about here are:

    - whether you want to provide access for the report itself to be able to run it? In that case you'd have to expose the output menu item via an AX Security privilege, that is part of a duty, role, and process cycle.

    - whether you provided access to the menu item already, but not for the underlying tables. In this case you'd have to grant Read table access for the tables involved to be able to run the report and pull the data.

You would be using a new set of security objects, which you assign to that particular user then. System administrator accounts will also have access by default.

Also in case XDS is involved, additional steps might be required to grant access, such as using the XDSServices class to override the access rule.

just create multiple folders in SSRS and mange it as you need , you can assign access per user or user group for specific folder.

You can only select a single report folder for a specific AX AOS instance. You may use multiple folders with multiple instances though, but I fail to see the point of doing that.
