Greetings,

I have installed the Woodford Project as laid out on "https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/field-service/install-the-mobile-app". I have followed all the instructions and am able to see a lot of functionality in the mobile app. However, this app is for the field service person and I cannot seem to get into the "booking". the system gives an error "Cannot access Bookings because the default Woodford project is not installed." (see screen shot)

I wonder if there is some special configuration I am missing.

    Note that I am using app version 9.1.215.0 and the Publish Version is 9.10. I have tried to publish it at both one level higher and lower but I get the same error message. Any help / guidance is appreciated.

    Hello,

    Did you import the Woodford project which is made by Microsoft? 

    Please notice that if you are using Field Service - Dynamics 365 mobile app, then you have to import the Woodford template which is made by Microsoft, so go to the following link in order to download the Woodford template based on your dynamics  version:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/field-service/install-the-mobile-app

    Hello Shayan,

    Yes, that is correct. I did download the template from Microsoft website (as noted by you and me above). Hence I am asking for guidance.

    Hello,

    Do you have any other project in Woodford?

    Can you Email me some screenshot from Woodford and your project?

    It seems the mobile app can't read the template which you imported.

    Hi Ashish

    Can you try below option and check if it works.

    1. Try to run your mobile app in connected mode, it is a weird solution but it works sometime.

    2. Can you confirm the woodford solution installed version is supporting the client version you are using.

    3. I am sure you must have given proper security role to user as you have selected during woodford project import as mentioned in section 4 here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/field-service/install-the-mobile-app. Just re verify it once.

    4. Also clear all the log/entry form woodford security tab.

    5. Also check if you have given proper license to the users login from mobile client.

    Greetings All,

    I was able to fix the issue by checking the the box on "Systems Administrator" role. That seemed to fix the issue.
