Setup time for route operations

Hi,

I have enabled setup time for Route Operations, But system schedules for Per Process Qty.

I would like to understand if we have defined Setup Time of a Machine which should schedule the time regardless of the quantity.

    That isn't right... The setup time on a route is only added one time per operation and is not increased by multiple quantities. I tried this out just now on a production order. 2 hour setup and 2 hour processing time.

    For 1 pcs. I got total of 4 hours (2+2). For 2 pcs. I got total of 6 hours (2+4). Please double check your findings. :)

    Hi Mr.FredriK,

    Setup time in Item route is multiplied and shows in form item details -> price calculation -> complete.

    After completion of calculation process, consumption values are varied (quantity x setup time). This error will occurred in level 2 onwards.

    Please look at Route group/Setup. Is there Setup "Activated" and does it uses "Capacity" and may be you need "Job management" checkbox also.

    HI. Did you find out about this issue? I am facing the same issue when calculating a multilevel BOM from the Item.
