Create Case from Account and link Products

Thoughts on the best way to create a Case from an Account?

I know a Case has a lookup to Product on the form OOB, but our need is really this: From the Account record, view the Products purchased, and create a Case from there - which would map the product, account, contact, etc. to the Case. I have thought about a few ways to do this with customization, just looking for other ideas. Thanks in advance.

Hi William,

In my opinion, you need to create the necessary relationships and you can use subgrid, but I don't know if only this meets your need.
