    Hello Shabir Ahmad,

There seems to be a workflow that needs to be completed first.

If it is completed, I would expect that you can confirm the PO.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Shabir,

Please check the order type first, purchase order or journal or others?

    Hello Shabir,

    Alright.

Before you confirm PO, the PO needs to be in approved state, either auto or if you have workflow, that needs to be completed.

    Can you confirm the above?

If the above process is done then check the type if that is purchase order or journal etc, that has to be Purchase order.

    Please check and update.

It is in review, that is the reason the confirm is gray, you have workflow, that has to be completed first.

    Hi Shabir,

    Your workflow seems incomplete.

Can you track who has some tasks assigned by clicking the workflow history button and chasing the one to complete his task?

Once the workflow is completed, you should be able to see the active confirmation button.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
