Add email to a different queue ID

Hello

I have tried adding a condition to an arc rule for when an email is received it is not cased and instead added to a different specified queue.

Can anyone advise?

    Hi UltraViolet,

    In the arc rule step two, you can add another condition:

    In the second condition, you can create other entity records(not only case in first condition).

    So you can create queue item records for the emails you want.

    --If you want to add emails to the queue, you need to first create queue items for the emails and then you can associate the emails with the queue through the queue items.

    Then open the power automate to route the queue item to the specific queue:
