Exception : Email for Forward Mailbox 43efa184-e03b-e911-a96f-000d3ad24077 was rejected. ValidForwardEmail : False, ApprovedForwardMailboxExists : True.
Can i know the reason for this exception?

Open the mailbox in dynamics 356, check the incoming email settings , has the forward email option selected. If the mailbox already has forward email selected, verify the mailbox is properly configured to send the emails as attachments.
It shouldn't be Server-Side Synchronization or Email Router
It should be forward mailbox
it is configured correctly. But still getting the error.

Are you using CRM online or on-premise ? if it's CRM on-premise, can you share the version and current update rollup installed ?
Are you using Server side sync or Email Router ? if it's email router, does this happens only with forward mailbox or with user mailboxes as well ?
Does issue get fixed, if you do the test and enable or load test for the forward mailbox ?
please verify your mailbox email. i think your email id is incorrect and then click the approve email button and the Test & Enable Mailbox button on menu tool.
