Double rows in solutions and manually imported .rdl

This happens when I create a new report in a solution on the dev-server AND when I do the same manually on the prod-server. We have tried different log ins but it is all the same.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 version 1612 (8.2.2.112) (DB 8.2.2.112) on-prem

I import an RDL using create existing. I name the report ZZZ. Save and close.

What is happening and how do I get rid of it? Every time I do this I delete one, save the solotion and all is well. I would rather not have to do that.
