Issue in distributing email campaign

Hi,

Facing issue in campaign distribution.

- When use existing marketing list and tried to distribute campaign activity of type email, all the leads are getting excluded automatically from campaign activity destribution which results in no email sent out for that particulat campaign activity.

Can anyone please help here.

Note: Frequency cap (days) is set to 0 under Anti-Spam Settings on campaign activity.

Hi,

Thank you for your query.

Do you mean to say the emails are not being sent to Leads using a Campaign Email Activity?

Did you you check if Bulk Emails are allowed on the leads in this marketing list?

Thanks Wahaj for your response!!

- All the leads are allowed to send marketing email as well as bulk/any other emails

But when I checked Campaign activity I can see all members(leads) are getting excluded from campign distribution as shown below -

It meas all leads are adding into Excluded leads section under campaign activity while distributing campaign activity.
