Dear community,

I am facing a problem with using RTC of MS Dynamics NAV 2017. When using client, I often work simultaneously with Excel copying many things to NAV. Everyday my client crashes after copying in data. Please see information below. Please, give me any hints, because these crashes are ultra annoying. Thank you very much.

Using Windows 10

Try using RapidStart to move data into NAV.

    Dear Alfredo,

Thank you for your answer. I'm afraid I was not clear enough. This happens when I put text in fields marked on screenshot (ctrl+v).

Go to RapidStart. Create a new "Configuration Package". Identify the table you want to upload data. Export a blank Excel spreadsheet from the configuration package. Populate the spreadsheet with new data. Import the Excel spreadsheet with the new data. Validate the data. When you are happy, apply the data.

    Dear Alfredo,

I'm sorry, but this doesn't solve my problem. I really need to have a possibility to just enter data through clipboard.

maybe there is a KB releated to this error.
