For some users in our AX 2012 R3 User relations is corrupt. Some users don't have any "Worker Icon" in front of the name in System administration/Users/User Relations.
What have we missed in the setup?
Hi Gsson,
The person record attached to the user might not be a worker. You can delete the current user relation and create a new one. While creating this record, you can choose "Worker" in the "Filter persons by" control in Person dropdown.
Have you been able to get this issue fixed in the meantime or do you need any other help?
