Sales tax on automatic intercompany charges

Hi everybody,

I have a problem in my setup. I have two Intercompany units, IC1 being the sales company selling to an end customer, and IC2 the mother company.

IC1 creates SO to end customer.
An IC PO is created to IC2, at the same time as an IC SO is created in IC2 to IC1.
Automatic charges (of category Percent) is added to the IC SO, and sales tax is calculated on this.
Moving to the IC PO in company IC1, the IC charge is charged allright, but there is no sales tax on this. Hence the IC SO and PO are impossible to invoice as there is a difference in SO invoice and PO invoice.

There is an item sales tax group set up on the IC charge in IC2, but for some reason, it is NOT inherited to the IC charge in IC1...

Anyone encountered this? I had it in an AX 4.0 installation, but I never resolved it. To this day I do not know if this is a setup issue or a bug.
