I am facing this error while posting statement in retail.
Cannot delete a record in Customer payment schedule lines (CustPaymSchedLine). Line number: 0,0000000000, Deadlock, where one or more users have simultaneously locked the whole table or part of it.

Do you have customizations or an add-on in this area? Which exact version of AX 2012 are you using? If you have no customizations or other changes, you can check if there is a known issue on LCS issue search and/or check if the error is solved in an update.

I found a couple of related issues on LCS.
Please get a developer involved to test whether or not this behavior might be the result of a system bug especially if you are operating an older AX2012 version.

Thanks for the update. That seems being the very recent version. For that reason, I would recommend getting in touch with a developer to check if this behavior is triggered by a customization that has been made. In case there is no customization, contact the MS support team.
