Uploading Attachments to A custom table in Business Central

Hello,

I am kindly asking if anyone can share details on how I can implement the following:

I have a custom table that I have created, as well as a page to go along with it. I have implemented a fact box that allows someone to upload attachments for a specific records on that page / table.

Now, I want to implement an API functionality that will allow a client to upload documents for a specific record on that table. I have followed the below resources but they dont seem to fit the bill:
