There are different kinds of users and different kinds of licensing model. As of late, you can also access the subscription based model which changes things as far as costs go.
In order to get the most updated costs and find what the best option for you is in each case, you should contact a Dynamics NAV partner. There are a lot of them, worldwide. You probably have a few of them near you that you could reach out to :-)
