I need to know how is scrap reflected financially. I mean, where do I configure the ledger account for production scrap and how can I visualize the transaction on the leder account? Is it necessary to select an account that belongs to a particular Main account type?

1. Production control > Setup > Production control parameters ->Standard update tab -> Scrap Account

2. Production Order -> End button (Process) -> General Fast Tab - Scrap Account. For more details, refer technet.microsoft.com/.../Aa500116.aspx. Preferred main account type is "Expense"
