Looking to understand if Dynamics have Membership Management included on their products and services roadmap. Is anyone using Dynamics for Membership, in addition to the sales and field service applications

Hi,

Unfortunately, there is currently no information about Membership Management application in the official roadmap.

Release plans for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Cloud for Industry - Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

But you can create a new idea through the below URL, then ask your colleagues to raise up the votes.
