I have to create a flow which will trigger manually and after triggering the flow it should ask for document input and document should be picked from SharePoint. After selecting the file, it should send a mail according to the document name. So, I am not able to figure out how should it work.

Do yo expect a document from the User ? Like does user have to upload any document manually on to SharePoint ?

document will be present on sharepoint. Whenever we trigger the flow manually, it should ask for the document as an input parameter and document should be picked from the sharepoint only.
Okay then you can get this file by using SharePoint connector. You will just have to provide the SharePoint link.
