I have a situation where I need to add a user to a workflow user group. In this case the workflow will have two approvers and either can approve the flow. Both are setup with a Sequence No. of 1. That said, I have two questions:
1) For the user that is being added, they are not a direct approver for any single one user. As such I added them to the "Approval User Setup" screen with a lone entry in the for the user id. The user is now available for the Workflow User Group, but will that work?
2) As noted above we have two users configured in the Workflow User Group with a sequence of 1. Only one has to approve the workflow, not both. How do I ensure that the workflow continues with one approval?
