POS, D365 and Bar codes

hello

I have this barcode in D365 (see yellow in picture) but cannot scan (in POS) the eight-number-barcode /90376825/ which is on the product itself.

When I scan the barcode i POS, only /90376825/ comes up and the article is not found in POS.

And I've heard that I have to have five zeros before the other eight- numbers in D365 for it to work in POS, but it still doesn't work.

I have tested both barcode setup /EAN13/ and /EAN128/.

How do I set up D365 so that I can scan /90376825/ in the POS?

Hello, BCC,

I think you have to try to create a mask with five 0 and you write that your barcode has 13 characters and not 8
