App not appearing

Hello!

I am new here, i have bought a Dynamic Sales License and applied it to my user but I do not get an app appear with the rest of them.

The only way I can access it is through the admin panel, selecting Dynamic 365 apps from admin centres and opening the enviroment.

Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi,

    Could you try on a different browser with a new session? Actually, Dynamics applications like Dynamics for sales are displayed on the Business Apps tab.

    I have tried disabling all apps, which they then disappear. Then re-enabling including the Dynamic apps but only the standard ones come back.

    Hi Tomas,

    Have you  tried opening the apps through the link make.powerapps.com/environments >> Select your environment >> Apps ?

    Please note that the logged in user must have the security role to access the model driven app.

    Thank you, i can open it through admin panels and what you recommended. Would I have to give my staff a direct link then?  As it would have been nice and seemless to have it with the other icons.

    Have you enabled this security role for the sales users you wish to access the Sales Hub app?  We had the same issue where the Sales Hub app would disappear from the app menu and it was determined that the affected users were not assigned this role:
