Hello together,
we have developed a custom table and wanted to do the export as a text file with the electronic reporting.
Now Im facing the problem, that i cant chose the custom table in the electronic reporting cause it does not appear.
I already tried to rebuild the refferences but it dindt solve the problem.
"Organization administration > Electronic reporting > Rebuild table references"
Does someone knows a solution?
Thanks in advance.
Cheers
Alex
Good Morning Laura,
I guess you were right about the rebuild. After the rebuild again and syncronising the database again it works.
Thanks for your support.
Kind Regards.
Alex
Hi Alex,
In addition to what Laura already mentioned, have you tried hitting the button 'Tabelle auffuellen'?
Best regards,
Ludwig
Hi Alex,
Thank you for your prompt reply. It might be that the table was not properly rebuild. Can you please provide more details about how you created this table? Are you able to see any other custom tables? What are the relations of this custom table with other standard table? Could you please share the table definition?
If the above information is not helpful, then please open a support ticket with Microsoft to get this investigated further.
With kind thoughts,
Laura
Hi Laura,
thank you for the quik reply.
I did a complete db sync and i do not see the custom table in the table browser with "Table Browser Caller".
But when I try to manipulate the url, I can acess the table and create rows in that table.
Any further Ideas :) ?
Thanks so far.
Greetings
Alex
Hi Alex,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft community.
Could you please provide more details about how you created the custom table, did you complete a DB sync afterwards? Also, are you able to see the custom table listed in SysTableBrowser or by using any 3rd party add-in tool such as 'Table Browser Caller'?
With kind thoughts,
Laura
